A tennis court that not only stands for exciting matches, but also for change, creativity and sustainability – that is the vision of Blue Demonstration.
Here, old, broken tennis shoes aren't thrown away. Instead, we're working with schools as part of our educational climate protection concept to create a sustainable work of art that demonstrates how climate protection can be creative and tangible. During its creation, the students actively reduce COâ‚‚ emissions through individual measures.
Center Court thus becomes a gallery: with a work of art that visualizes the sustainable COâ‚‚ footprint and conveys a clear message – we are motivated to take responsibility ourselves and reduce our COâ‚‚ footprint.
The idea goes back to the classic motivation circle, as used in many team sports to rally together for victory – a powerful metaphor for collective action in the fight against climate change. The project is equally suitable for adults and children and provides creative fun and variety during breaks at tennis or youth camps, for example, as well as lots of great photos.
The BlueMotivation Circle is a creative climate art project for tennis and offers clubs and tournament organizers the opportunity to show the outside world that they are climate-conscious and attach great importance to a sustainable carbon footprint.
